Denver

Our youngest city, and the one growing the fastest. Denver launched in 2024 with one Saturday morning class in City Park and no fixed plan beyond that. Seven gatherings a month now run across City Park, RiNo, Berkeley and the Golden Triangle, and in November the city hosts its first full-scale festival.

Denver told us what it wanted within about six weeks. More outdoors, more altitude-aware instruction, and somewhere warm to go in January. We listened.

Community stories

The long version

Two members on what actually happened after the first time they turned up.

The class that outgrew its lawn in one season

There were nine of us at the first one. By August we were splitting into two circles because the lawn could not hold everybody in one.

Hannah came to the very first Denver session and has been to almost every one since. She trained through the Strength Collective in 2025 and now leads the second circle at City Park herself on the Saturdays when attendance goes past seventy.

Learning to breathe a mile above where you used to

I moved from Houston and could not work out why a walk uphill was flattening me. The RiNo breathwork session explained more in ninety minutes than six months of guessing had.

Curtis arrived in Denver in early 2025 and found the altitude harder than anyone had warned him. He now helps run the twenty-minute altitude briefing that opens every Denver breathwork session, aimed squarely at people in their first year in the city.

Testimonials

What people tell us

I moved here for the mountains and spent a year not really talking to anyone. Nine months in this programme changed that completely.

They built the altitude briefing after listening to newcomers complain for one season. Most organizations would have taken three years.

Denver

First winter at altitude? Start with the Saturday morning circle.

Our Denver sessions are paced for a mile above sea level, with rest built into the sequence instead of offered as an exception. Newcomers are the majority, not the minority.
