Front Range Wellness Festival

Denver’s first full-scale festival: two stages, a hiking meetup that leaves at eight, and a closing circle facing the mountains.

The session

What actually happens

This is the largest thing we have ever run in Denver, and it grew directly out of the Saturday morning group at City Park asking for more. Two stages run from ten until three in Sculpture Park.

A guided hike leaves from the Golden Triangle at 8:00 AM and returns in time for the opening. It is eleven kilometres, moderate, and capped at forty people, so register for that separately at the gate or in advance.

The day closes at three with everyone on the west lawn facing the front range. Bring something warm for that part, November afternoons in Denver drop fast once the sun is behind the mountains.

What to bring

Written for this gathering specifically, not a generic packing list.

  • Hiking shoes if you are joining the 8:00 AM walk
  • Water, and more of it than at sea level
