Do I need any experience?
No. At the Charlotte festival in 2025, 214 of the 640 people who came had never been to anything we run before. Nobody we certify will touch you to correct a pose either.

Through the Strength Collective, a 230-hour curriculum across four modules. We have certified 214 instructors since 2023, and 91 of them now teach on our community schedule.
