Lunch Flow at Romare Bearden Park

Forty-five minutes on the Uptown lawn, timed and paced so you can be back at a desk by one fifteen without needing a change of clothes.

The session

What actually happens

This one is built around a lunch break and nothing else. It starts at 12:15 sharp, it ends at 1:00 sharp, and the sequence is deliberately low-sweat so you can go back to work in what you practised in.

Most of the regulars work within four blocks and arrive in whatever they wore to the office. That is entirely normal here, and there is no expectation of leggings or a mat bag.

If it rains we move under the covered walkway on the Church Street side and run a shorter standing sequence. We post the call by 10am on the day.

  • A mat or a towel, the lawn is well kept but often damp at noon
