Queen City Wellness Day

Five hours across the yards at Camp North End, with three stages, a family movement area and food from twelve Charlotte kitchens.

The session

What actually happens

Camp North End gives us covered yards and hard standing, which means this day runs whatever November decides to do. Three stages programme on the half hour from 9:30, and the map is handed out at the gate.

A dedicated family area runs all day with shorter, louder, more forgiving sessions for anyone arriving with children. It is staffed the entire time and does not require booking.

Twelve kitchens serve from the Boileryard. The day closes with a communal stretch and a short thank-you from the Charlotte team at 2:30.

Come prepared

What to bring

Written for this gathering specifically, not a generic packing list.

  • A mat for the movement stages
  • Layers, the yards are covered but open at the sides
  • An appetite, the food is genuinely the reason some people come
  • A card, most of the kitchens are cashless
