The festival runs from ten until four across Northerly Island, with four stages programmed on the hour. Two are movement stages, one is a talks stage, and the fourth is a quiet tent running breathwork and sound sessions in forty-minute blocks.
Entry is free and always will be. A handful of the smaller workshops are capped and ticketed at ten dollars to cover the instructor, and those sell out roughly two weeks ahead. Everything on the main stages is open to walk up to.
Twenty vendors line the central path, all of them businesses run by people from the three cities we work in. The day closes with everyone on the main lawn for a fifteen-minute circle at four, which is consistently the part people write to us about afterwards.
