Breathwork Reset: Pilsen

A guided ninety-minute breathwork session indoors, ending with twenty minutes of stillness and a cup of tea with the people next to you.

The session

What actually happens

Breathwork is not meditation and it is not yoga. You lie down, you follow a breathing pattern that is called out loud, and your nervous system does the rest. Sessions are physical and they can be emotional, which is why we cap the room at thirty-five and staff it with two facilitators.

The first fifteen minutes are spent explaining exactly what is about to happen and why. If you would rather stop at any point, you simply stop and rest, and nobody will come and check on you unless you ask them to.

We close with twenty minutes of silence, then put the kettle on. The tea at the end is not an afterthought. It is the part where people actually talk to one another, and it is why the same faces keep coming back on a Thursday night.
